INTLs Debt Capital Markets team brings significant experience together with wide ranging specialist expertise and long standing relationships allowing us to cover all aspects of the emerging capital markets. Our team covers all the major emerging markets from our offices based in New York, Miami, London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Montevideo and provides both a secondary markets trading capability to our institutional customers as well as customized solutions for issuers based in emerging markets.

Debt Origination and Structuring
INTL originates, structures and places in the international and domestic capital markets a wide array of emerging market debt instruments, from complex asset backed transactions, straight unsecured bond and loan issues, negotiable notes and other trade-relatd debt instruments used in cross-border trade finance, to project finance transactions.

Our capabilities include structuring, arranging and placing a wide range of structured and asset backed transactions for both international and local capital markets involving both existing assets and furture flows such as consumer recievables, mortgage and auto loans; credit card, export and other receivables; equipment leases; and a variety of bespoke structured products.

Our Gainvest subsidiary with operations based in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay is a leading arranger of asset backed securities for Latin American corporations which are placed in local currency in the local markets. Our trade finance team originates, structures and places syndicated loans, bills of exchange and other negotiable instruments evidencing trade finance for emerging markets. We originate assets globally both directly from exporters and through the local market banks and structure and place these assets in the banking and capital markets.

Debt Trading
Through its trading desks in New York and London, INTL actively invests and trades in the international debt markets including both investment grade and high yield emerging markets bonds. INTL uses its capital to provide efficient execution to smaller institutional and private bank clients in a wide variety of international debt instruments that trade on an OTC basis worldwide. We specialize in global emerging market issues including sovereign, corporate and bank issues and smaller off the run issues as well as providing liquidity in loans and non-securitized debt instruments.
